Our favourite part of the home is the sunroom which looks over the pool, the mountain ranges, and the bay below Chapmans Peak.
There are four spacious bedrooms in the main house. The large fourth bedroom is used as an office, The main bedroom is en-suite and the two other bedrooms share a large bathroom featuring a spa bath.
Above the double garage (which includes a 2 car carport) is a fully furnished income-producing flatlet with its own kitchen and bathroom.
The back garden is a very private area and includes its own hillside with a magnificent view- it is crying out for someone to put up a viewing deck there.
The home is within easy walking distance to the shops and several restaurants on Victoria Avenue.
